Landing Pages/Article - $75

Hi all,

I am also selling landing pages for whatever niche you maybe doing. All my landing pages that I create are clean with quick loading graphics.. and articles.

I can include a generic about us, privacy policy page, or whatever other pages you want to your website to make it more friendly for Google Adwords.

Only $75 for each mini website... or $499 for 10 mini websites. A few examples of landing pages that I have created (and am no longer running affiliate offers through) are below:

Hi Daniel,

I am thinking of doing business long term and over time, I will need to do 10 if not more landing pages.

A few more questions:

a) I assume the custom landing page will not be used by you or sold/given away to anyone else?
b) I will need to make some mods to the LP eg switch merchants if it proves unsuccessful. Will you provide instructions for this?
c) Will you provide mockup before actual delivery?
d) I assume that all I need to do on receipt of the LP is to insert the affiliate links, upload and promote?
e) The site MUST be adwords friendly. I will be using this method for PPC traffic.
f) I would like a site built to be something like this.
http://www.xxxxx.com/. It has about 4 pages. I would also require an artcles page. The LP must look different as I do not want to be involved in any copyright issues.
g) I like your sample LPs. This one that you do for me will need to be in that league or better.

In answering your questions:

a) The custom landing pages will be made for you only. I will put codes in the site to help detour people from looking up your HTML source code and stealing the design of it... but this is not always 100% effective in preventing HTML theft.

b) For each different offer I do on a website, I direct that traffic to a seperate tracking page where the customer is sent to the affiliate offer.

For example if I have a Blockbuster offer and a Netflix offer on my page, if the customer selects 'Blockbuster' they will be sent to blockbuster.php (which is the tracking page) and from there they are redirected to the Blockbuster affiliate offer.

I will provide simple instructions on how to change affiliate links.

c) Yes, I can provide a mockup before delivery.

d) If you give me the affiliate codes for each offer you want to promote, I can insert them in for you.

All you would need to do is upload the files to your domain and then promote it.

e) All the sites I do are Google friendly. I make all my landing page mini sites with a minimum of at least 4 pages besides the index.htm. I typically make a privacy,terms,contact, and about us page and throw in an outbound link to another site for good measure.

I also try and throw in at least 1 to 3 - 200 word articles.

f) I can make your site based on the site that you recommended without actually copying it.

g) I pride myself in excellence in all my work. You will get top quality :)

I am very keen on the project. Let me know exactly what projects you want to start on and we can get it going. I would require a 50% ($35) deposit before starting work... with the rest coming after I have completed the project.

If you like the site (which I have no doubt you will)and decide you want to do 10+ landing page sites in the future, I will give you an excellent discount.

I received my LP from Daniel last night.

The graphics layout and style was very good. And putting it all together (with article, jump links, etc) makes this an OUTSTANDING deal!

For the more advanced people, unfortunately Daniel doesn't work in Adobe Photoshop (create PSD files). That was a little disappointing because I like to tweak my graphics.

But if you want a very high quality LP, pretty much ready to load-and-run, then you definitely should try this out!

Hi P.Dragon,

The $75 sites that I create are pretty much turn-key (just advertise & market it). If you need keywords for the site (I can usually round up between 5-12,000) I can do it for a little extra.

The articles I provide are from sources such as the affiliate company's about us page, Wikipedia, Ezinearticles, and so on. I make sure, however, that the articles are not on hundreds of websites... so they still make very good content for your site.

There is a guy I believe who was advertising to do articles for $5-$10 on this board I believe... it would be a good combo for anyone to get me to design the site... and him to write you an original article.
