So many situation right now is I have hosting that I pre-paid $60 for a year for the dating niche workshop. I'm interested in starting to promote more offers and I'd like to get separate domain names for them.

What I'm curious about is do you buy a separate hosting plan when you're testing out each offer?

Lets say I want to promote 5 offers, I would buy 5 diff domains, and 5 dif hosting plans for like $7 each month. If after a month only 1 campaign if profitable, would I cancel the hosting for the 4 campaigns that were shitty? I'm thinking the shitty campaigns I can just switch the hosting to a different domain for whatever new campaign I test out.

Anyways I'm just curious, seems like a hassle to have 10 diff offers and manage so many hosting plans.

Nope, what you need to do is get a hosting plan that allows unlimited domains.
You can get these accounts at any decent web host.
Most people have a $10/m or so plan that will allow you to host all your campaigns under the same account. They all share the same bandwidth and storage limits but I use only a few % of what is allowed.

Yeah as said above, simply get a shared hosting account where you can have unlimited domains. They are very cheap, you can get a shared hosting account that allows unlimited domains for 5-10 bucks a month. No sense in having tons of hosting accounts.

I don't mean to sound critical, but I've used HostGator for several months before and it was really really slow to me so I cancelled. I've talked to customer support before and they told me nothing was wrong. Guess it was due to my location but funny, other hosts seem fast for me.

I switched to BlueHost and it was smooth sailing for me, only $6.95/mth! Here's my honest review:
Of course you can host unlimited domains, but signing up you also get 1 free domain name (forever). Then there's the 300GB space, 300GB transfer, site promotion package, and $50 Free Yahoo Credits. Not that we need it since we got the $100 and $199 Yahoo credit links. :D
The thing I like best is the 24/7 live chat support. At any times I had problems, I initiated a chat and they solved it immediately.

I guess it should be ok, first time posting my affiliate link:

I run a small web hosting service mainly used for personal use and friends and family. The server is run out of a datacenter in Texas and has all the bells and whistles you would find at any other hosting site. (Except for the millions of gigs of storage and bandwidth they oversell their customers)

As I said, its more of a personal use thing than anything but I did actually throw a quick site up incase anyone on the net stumbled across it and wanted to sign up.

If any of you want hosting for cheap you can get the starter package for $1/month if you enter the coupon code "kermit" when you order.

It may help some of you that are on a tight budget. Most PPC sites dont use much in terms of bandwidth or space so it should be plenty for most.

Anyways, just putting that out there for you all.

The site is http://www.narcsys.com

If you have any questions let me know.

I would get a dedicated too. I guess you don't really need the space if all your doing is affiliate promotion but you can get them fairly cheap. Its just so much easier to add new accounts whenever you want than ordering, then waiting for setup, etc.

Theres really no difference in time between a dedicated server and a regular hosting plan. You only have to log into the control panel and click add new domain to get it setup. In either case you still have to wait for the domain name to propagate. (Which I havent seen take longer than 20min in a long time).

thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm probably going to get two hosts, one for my blogs and one for my PPC. No way I'd put them on the same plan in case one ever my blog gets digg'ed and crashes, then it'll take my pcc campaigns along -_-.

I think that you don't understand. You can host unlimited websites with one account.Non of them connected to each other. So,if your blog crashes than only your blog crashes. It has nothing to do with your other domains.

Uhh...are you talking about a VPS or a Reseller account? If not I'm pretty sure you have to wait for your hosting company to process each new account you want to buy. Unless its instant these days. I dunno, I haven't had shared hosting in a couple years now.

Its instant now for most hosts. The account is setup and the only thing you have to wait for is domain propagation. Again I havent seen a domain take longer than 20 min to propagate in a long time but it could vary by host I suppose. I'm just referring to the hosts I've used in the past and with my own server.
