Asked for References when Signing Up for CPA Network

I was just trying to sign up for a new CPA network, and they asked me for references, basically the direct contact info for all my CPA managers for the other networks I'm working with (Azoogle, COPEAC, etc).

Is this a good or bad idea to give them this info? Why do they want to talk to my other CPA managers?

Will my other CPA managers get mad if I give out their info?

This is a very bad idea. I would simply tell them no and if they say they won't do business with you simply move on and tell them they are losing out.
