Hey guys, as I said I would like to start doing a contest monthly were users can earn a 1 hour free phone consultation with myself. I received a PM with an idea and well frankly, I liked it.
I have enable reputation for the forums and if you notice on the right top side of each post there is a little scale you can click on to give reputation to a member as well as a green bar under everyone know that tells how much reputation they have.
What this is hopefully going to do.
Alot of the times, Myself or Artarmon is answering questions or posting new threads with things we find out, discover, etc.
If you post threads giving your experiences and sharing what works, you will hopefully be awarded with reputation which allows you to be eligible to win the contest each month. (the user with the most reputation at the end of the month wins, simple as that!)
I encourage all users of the forums to be sparing with your reputation, however, if you see a post that deserves reputation then please give the poster what he deserves, if I see a post that deserves reputation and I see that no other members are giving reputation to the person, (cause they don't want the person to win :P ) then I'll give the user reputation and I have it set so that if the Administrator, gives rep, the person receives 10 points instead of 1, so please don't' make me give rep out. Use it correctly! Only give it if the person deserves it, and give it if the person deserves it!
Also, I have setup so that any post that receives plus reputation in the free forums instead of 1 point will be awarded 2 points. I'm not asking you guys to post all our juicy info from the paid forums to the free section, however, if you have a tip or something please do help me build up the free section and you will be awarded!
