Hi,
I'm currently coding a lead tracking scripts with some features that I can think off :
Here
1. Track PPC Keywords
2. Track Max CPC
3. Keep track how many leads generated
4. Keep track the referer of the clicks
5. Keep track of the ip address of the clicks
6. Keep track of the time and date of the leads generated7
7. Masking the sub id ( keywords )
8. Macro that will decrypt the subid from the generated report
9. Macro that will calculate the maximum CPC
10. The whole stats will be export to Excel spreadsheet
11. Administration section :
- Allow to manually key in the affliate link frm CPA network, generate the clocked affiliate link automatically
Appreciate you all can feedback to me anything which I missed out.

What do you mean by track max cpc? This would be a really nice feature if you could do it per keyword. so that you could see the max cpc you could have for a keyword in order to break even.

Basically the script will do the following automatically.
I still not sure how to obtain some of the data as I not yet started any campaign yet, but would appreciate if someone could send me some reports to do some research.
you could mask your keywords and url , if you want to :p
Lets say I'm getting 4.00 per lead on my dating offer. I see that my keyword online dating has gotten 5 leads. So thats a total of 20 dollars (4.00 payout X 5 leads) for that keyword. I have gotten lets say 30 clicks in Yahoo for that keyword. That means if I take 20 dollars (How much I've made from that keyword) and divide it by 30 (how many clicks I received in Yahoo) I end up with .66 cents. This means I can put my max bid at .66 cents and still break even on that keyword. Obviously you don't want to break even so you could try something like .50 cents for that keyword. Also you may try .66 cents and see that because you are in a higher position your conversion rate has increased, but to start I would go with something lower than the max cpc you could do

Good luck. I haven't been able to generate 100% accurate stats with my software yet. I'm not quite sure why. They are close but not perfect.
