Inactive keywords in Yahoo

I just uploaded a new campaign in YSM, and got some keywords that inactive because the bis is too low.

What should I do with these keywords? should I delete it or just leave it on my campaign?

I just noticed the same problem today with my dating campaign :(
A lot of keywords are showing the message :
Inactive, Bid Too Low

what should i do ? is that ok ?

If your quality picks up, the minimum bid will go down (generally).

So, if you cannot increase your bids, then just sit on those keywords and hope that the other keywords in that adgroup can lift your quality score up. Tuning will also help increase your quality score.
