When to delete keywords getting impressions 0 clicks

Not sure if this has been answered anywhere but I'm curious to find out when I should start to delete the keywords that have impressions that havent been clicked.

So far my campaign has been going 6 days and I have I'de say about 500 maybe more keywords that have got like 50-70 impressions, 0 clicks. As you can see this is going to reduce my CTR on a whole so is 6 days enough time do you think to make the judgement to get rid of them?

I usually wait a week before I take a look at it and begin to tweak it. Sometimes it may require 2 weeks or so to see serious feedback results.

Also, if you're getting decent impressions, but no clicks you may want to consider your ad text. It may need changing. That will be something to consider changing after the first week.
