Does MSN work similiar as Google in regards to the bidding strategy (start with high bids and then slowly work your way down)? I do have a campaign going on MSN with a 10% ROI on an item paying $17 per lead. One campaign has almost 4 % CTR from the ad to the landing page. The second is above 10%. My bid prices are $3.00 and the average cost per click is $2.12.
