I personally use adwatcher and yes I have had very good luck with it, i also recommended it to artarmon so maybe he will post his experiences with it on here. If your spending about 1000 a month or less in advertising I wouldn't worry about it to much yet, but if you are spending over 1000 a month then its def worth the 29 a month.
