Is my Landing Page OK?
I'm Getting Clicks - but I feel my conversions are low. Today a got 219 clicks and 3 conversions. Spent $21.90 / $28 Cpa. = $6.10
I tried switching some stuff around...but just not as happy as I would like to be. :(
Any comments would be appreciated!

Thanks!
It just looks unprofessional. The image at the bottom is too fast.
Compare number of ad clicks (per yahoo) to number of click-throughs (per azoogle)

Yahoo clicks 219 Affiliate clicks 171
Why are they different?
What can you tell by comparing the two?
What's too fast? Not sure I understand?
Sorry for all the questions - this is all Very New to me.

I agree with Tom, but I'll elaborate abit :D
1) The whole "free signup" graphic looks like it's been butchered. Like someone did it in MS-paint and stuck it on top of what could have been a nice graphic. You can even see something "sticking out" underneath on the bottom left of it.
2) The top headings (Secrets Of Internet Dating, SIGN UP NOW FOR FREE!)
are too big taking up too much real estate space.
3) The whole red sides with the blue center looks color-mismatched.

48 people clicked on your ad, but didn't click on anything on your landing page. That's actually quite a good ratio.
What's too fast? Not sure I understand?
The animated arrows on either side of the "click here". Too frantic.

I would also change the width of your page, people don't mind scrolling up and down but nobody wants to have to scroll right.
