I highly recommend wordze for building huge keyword lists.

Basically this is what helped me to get my 50,000 words for dating and my 50,000 words for ringtones. (which I might add are bringing in close to 100 bucks a day.)

The nice thing is that this does what keyword elite does in a fraction of the time (it's super quick). AND since it's all web based and on their machines you can run it while you're computer is off at night.

Although there is a small monthly fee, ($35 bucks a month), I think it's a steal considering the price of KE and Keyword Consultant. Plus, with this, you just pay for a month and if you're not going to use it the next month... simple dont resubscribe.

Personally I have used both Keyword Companion and keyword elite and I found this to be the best to build a huge keyword list.

Also, if anyone wants to get it, use my Affiliate link and we can split the commission (I can pay via paypal or personal check). This will take an additional 5 bucks off the monthly price. :)

Here is my affiliate link: http://www.wordze.com?roia=YzUxMgBVAAAQ1UEAAggi

Thanks,
Jonathan

How long does it take to generate a list?

Can you divide keywords up by showing only phrases with certain words like with keyword elite?

For example if you only wanted words related to cingular would you have to do "cingular ringtones" and it would give you just those phrases or would it also give you the other general ones and then you have to split them up yourself?

Thanks Volknet.

I got a one day trial yesterday to try it out, but got stuck on how do download lists larger than 10 000 keywords.

How did you do that?

peteowen

I have the same problem. No use generating a huge KW list if you can only download 10 000! I can't even find a way to split it up into chunks or anything. Any tips would be appreciated!

I'm not sure what you mean by download limit of 10,000?
I just downloaded ~13k keyword list...
(but I do have full membership)

I just subscribed (full subscription), but can't download more than 10k keywords. It's quick, but useless if you can only get 10k of 30k.

On the site it states...

"Save 10,000 keywords per project and manage unlimited projects"....

So it sounds as if you just need to create another "project" to get more than 10k keywords at once.

Btw, this includes the Trial and Monthly subscription.

volknet

The 10,000 keywords is a limit per "project"... I just create multiple projects (ringtones1, ringtones2, etc) - you can create unlimited projects. The site takes about a day to get used to because they dont really provide a ton of documentation but after you get used to it, it's great.

What I do (which actually is better for QS anyways) is use more specific terms.

So instead of typing ringtones... and just downloading all of them, I make them slightly more specific. IE Cingular ringtones, etc.

This will get you a much better QS. :)

And anyone signing up, please PM me your paypal or address so I know where to send the payment to. (For your half of the affiliate comm.)

I agree, Wordze is a great tool.

We might be offering a Platinum Member section soon in which you'll pay a little more per month, but get extra things like access to Wordze, Wordtracker, and other keyword tools.

Very easy to use.
The keywords aren't perfect, but it's simple enough to sort through them using a tool like keyword companion.

I have a bit of previous affiliate marketing and internet marketing experience. It takes a bit of learning... find what people are looking for and filling that need.

My biggest tip is sectionalizing your keywords and rewriting them to fill the need of the majority of the keywords.

Since I've been doing this a bit, I've learned how important tracking all my numbers are.

As the founder of Godaddy puts it, "All numbers (referring to sales) watched will increase."
Watch your figures (sales, profit, ROI, etc) and you will naturally desire to find ways to increase them. :)

Also, you should ask artarmon42 too as I'm fairly sure he's making a bit more than me.

I'm waiting for the 21st to release that information. That will be the 1-month anniversary of doing affiliate marketing!

To set appropriate expectations, I have been trying alot of stuff and tuning. So alot of my profits have been eaten by that experimentation. But, let's just say that I made significantly more than what any bank would have given me ;)

LOL, my bad...

I posted on DP (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=2888043&postcount=304) and forgot to post it here!

Today marks a full month since I learnt how to do affiliate marketing from Mystickcal. I thought I'd take the opportunity to summarize my experience in this time:

Totals From The Past 30 Days
Sales Revenue = $2,675.75
Marketing Costs = $ 683.42
Profit = $1,992.33 (291.52% ROI)

From knowing nothing, to make just under $2k (of pure profit) in one month, this program really works! I take my hat off to Mystickcal for his willingness to share his knowledge and help newbies break into the world of affiliate marketing. My greatest surprise in the past month, is how easy affiliate marketing is. If you have the proper guidance (to avoid common traps and tips on efficient ways to do things), making a profit is incredibly simple.

I should clarify that the numbers I posted is specifically for the ringtones offer that Mystickcal started me on from this program. I have since gotten into 2 other niches (one of which makes even more money  ), using the simple techniques that I learnt from ringtones.

Including the other niches, I've past $3,500 in revenue (although the ROI is less, because I've been experimenting).
But I'm happy, because when you put all those numbers together, it makes a nice graph going in the right direction ;)

Just purchased Wordze today and it helped me go from 15k keywords to 35k! It saved me hours of work and makes targeting adgroups easy. Im going to be online with my first campaign with in 48 hours and I think Wordze is the main reason it will be that quick. Great site!

How to save keywords over 10k?

I searched the keywords "dating" and it return around 25k keywords, but only allow me to save 10k keywords. That mean it save the 1 - 10000 keywords? How can I save the 10001 - 20000 keywords? Will it duplicate the 1 - 10000 keyword when I save in a new project?

Thanks!

Hey,

The limit is 10k keywords per "project". What I do is create multiple projects and use more targeted keywords such as "free ringtones" and such.

This way when you export your keywords, you'll have 10,000 keywords dealing with one or two specific areas. This way you target your keywords in your ads (which brings up your quality score), and you get better conversions.

It may seem like a hindrance at first, but in the end it'll save you time and money. :)

This is the first paid subscription I've made for a keyword tool and I must agree that it makes keywords compiling a whole lot easier and possibly more effective as well. I just registered hours ago but if you follow the video tutorials they provide you before starting it's not difficult to learn the ropes. :)

They both have their advantages, wordtracker is good in the fact that it can help you find alot of keywords that you normally wouldn't think of, like when you type in cingular ringtones, wordtracker will give suggestions like cingular tones cingular ringers, cingular true tones, etc. Wordze not so much.

However, wordze tends to give you alot and I mean alot less crap keywords. So you don't need to filter their keywords as much as you do with wordtracker.

Wow! Are you using adwords?

Nope, just YSM.
And now that I'm more experienced, realize that it's not as optimal as it can be.

I'm revamping my campaigns (so all revenue at a crawl right now), to come back even bigger and better ;)

I'm revamping my campaigns (so all revenue at a crawl right now), to come back even bigger and better ;)

This is something that has been puzzling me. Now I have a tiny bit of experience I can see that my campaigns are not quite how I would like them... but they do make some money.

Is it worth deleting or re-doing money making campaigns, or is it better to start new ones? For example, a new domain at $1.21 isn't going to hurt any, and it will be as quick to make a new LP as to re-structure my old one.

Any thoughts?

Personally if it makes money, why fix it... At least what I am doing is experimenting with different landing pages and different domains to see what pulls in the highest conversions. Since YSM accounts only cost 5 bucks (buck I get 100 free from it) it's worth it.

Also, for those who just signed up I just sent the payments. Let us know how wordze works out for you! :)

Hey some of you guys were saying you generate like 50k keywords with Wordze and were complaining you can only download 10k at a time. Most of the digs I've run haven't returned more than 10k keywords for me, am I missing something?

peteowen

Depends what you are looking at. 'ringtones' will give you more than 10k. 'business cards' wont.

volknet
05-02-2007, 04:28 PM
Yea when you try and just do a generalized search like ringtones, you get a lot.

I cant remember if I put this anywhere but I generated about 90k keywords from wordze for my dating offers :)

I have a fairly good campaign going with dating but I am going to try redoing it to see if I can break the $200 a day mark for just dating :D

Additionally, For the others who joined I sent you a PM / Payment.

Hehehe personals, singles, etc.

Been striping it down for the last couple days... getting all the junk keywords out before i even put it in the new campaign.

So far I'm down to 61225 keywords of 90k lol

Choller

You can set a filter in wordze but when you want to save only those that passed the filter it doesn't do that, instead it saves them all... very frustrating.

An example:
I search for dog.

I get these results:
1. dog lovers
2. dog sex
3. dog food

I apply all filters then I get these.
1. dog lovers
3. dog food

I select "save all 2 keywords" on the bottom right, and then it says "3 keywords saved" ... and indeed. dog sex also gets saved :( .

If i manually check it then I try to save it keeps hanging forever on "saving keywords".

Does anyone else have this problem?

m0rtal
05-03-2007, 10:19 AM
Works fine for me. Make sure you have + before the word and put sex as a negative -sex .

I Dunno why.. but i liked keyword elite than the wordze... both have there own pros and cons...

If keyword elite doesnt put up that much results... wordze is also a pain in ass.. when you have to manually check each and every keyword for bad one's.
I know keyword elite doesnt give long trail keywords and takes days to gather those keywords... but mind you these keywords are nicely targetted. The filtering of these keywords is much more easier.

I own both of them... I use both.. but even if you have keyword elite you can search that many keywords by just doing variations in your search terms..

So it would be my last subscription for wordze... I prefer Yahoo keyword tool and keyword elite now..

Benefits of Using KE:

1. Unlimited Searches
2. Filteration is much easier.
3. KE can pull articles on the keywords that you specify.. so you can use these on your landing pages.
4. Nicely Targetted keywords... No Crap and meaningless keywords which people dont eva search..
5. Exact, Broad keywords can be created easily
..... + many more advantages..

The best thing about KE is that you can get it free. lolzz you know where!!.

So in the end i would say... both are good tools... what matters is the way you use them.. niether KE is bad nor is wordze..

Now if you really got itch in you ass to pay or you have plenty of money to spend on.. GO AHEAD... :-p

[These are my personal view's.]

Just wanted to post a little tip for those joining.

keyword research tool > Open Options > broad match ;)

This will return all keywords which contain 'bad' + 'credit' + 'loan' on them.

bad +credit +loan
Broad search type... you get the picture on how to generate many keywords. Hopefully this will help some of you.
