Is Yahoo still removing duplicate keywords?

I noticed that i havent been getting that yellow box on top after adding keywords anymore that tell you its a duplicate and the keyword has been removed.

I added the keyword "wacky ringtones" to 2 different adgroups and then searched both adgroups for this phrase and it showed up in both.

Does anyone know why this happens?

Duplicates are only removed at adgroup level, not campaign level.

You could have 1 campaign with 20 adgroups, and stick "wacky ringtones" in all of the groups.
