For one thing, right now no images are working at all, only red x's and placeholders in IE7.

Assuming the image block above the words
AVOID CO$TLY RED-LIGHT CAMERA TICKETS. DON'T BE A VICTIM!
is supposed to be an image, that is taking up way too much above the fold space.

Other than that, without being able to see the images (maybe they are photoblocked :) ), I can't really give much more of a critique of the site.

Nothing above the fold is clickable.

do you think a landing page like http://photoblocker.sketchco.com/ gives better results ?

5 million times better. You can see in a couple of seconds what the page is all about and what action you need to take to proceed.

Possible write an article to put below the fold, in size 10 and gray to assist your quality score.

I'm not seeing the image next to "Brand new Invention"

btw, are you sure it's a brand new invention - I think this has been around for a while now. Might put some off. Maybe - "Proven Invention" or similar. :)

I was actually going to buy this product. Ive been caught twice with red light cameras in NYC this year.

"Scientific breakthrough" seems like a better phrase to me...

Also the photo of the guy spraying the license plate seems a little out of place.
Put another photo of how the license plate can't be seen next to it, so that lazy people like me who don't like to read, can quickly understand what your product does. A before-and-after sequence so to speak.

Any update on how this page is doing? There is still nothing clickable above the fold.
