Dada ads- Free songs, No CC required !

Hello!
I noticed that Dada ads are using the keyword "Free" and " No CC required " in YPN :

So how come you say that it is not allowed to use these keywords in the ads ?

This is mentioned in Azoogle about Dada :

All search engine ads shall not be allowed to include the words: free, zero cost, no charge, no fee and all synonyms.
According to this i think their ads violates their agreement . Right ?

That's their terms with Azoogle, though. Dada themselves can do whatever they please, it's their offer.

yeah.. dada can put whatever they like to mislead visitors. as long as legally they have nothing wrong.

they want us affiliate to get others hard to get visitors to them.
