when making the policy and about us pages can you use the offers about us AND policy or jus policy. ie dada and true?

I just copied my landing page 3 more times, and then on the privacy page just used the same article with an extra line at top saying I wouldn't gather or use their info. On the About Us page I added a line at the top stating I was a company offering ringtones. On the contact me page I added a gmail address that I still haven't ever gotten around to actually creating, :)

I just make it a small popup box that has Dada or whomevers privacy policy in it. Or I just link directly to the privacy policy page and put it in a small popup.

I saw it done as a popup on several ringtones sites, but figured why take them away from my site or show them someone elses site when I could just leave them on a page of my site with all my links ready for them to click.;)
