Help Required to fill w8 Form

I received this mail from Azoogle saying I must fill the w8 form and post it to them. Until now I thought w8 form was for US residents and w9 was for the Non-US. But now the form says differently.

The form can be downloaded from here (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf). I am from India. I was wondering if someone can assist me in filling this form. Most of the questions in the form doesn't make any sense to me.

You do need to send in your W8 form.

I had mailed the w8 form last week. Till today I haven't heard anything from them.

How exactly can you confirm that the w8 reached there safely? Do they inform you by email?

Where did you mail the form from? It may take awhile depending on your location.
If you used express mail services like DHL (I did), you can easily track the letter.
Yes, they inform you by e-mail and will most likely approve your account.
