YSM's Sarah Mcleod is the most unhelpful person I've come across. She comes up with any reason to avoid work. In fact when pushed she comes up with absolute lies sometimes ("Upload? No we dont offer that service to anyone!").

I despise her so much I hang up the phone as soon as she says her name ;)

Post here if you've ever interacted with her, with your feedback of your experience.

i have only called yahoo like 4 times and every time the person went above an beyond what i expected ecxept for her..like Ian said she went above an beyond to NOT do anything. Next time I will def hang up on her biatch ass lol

Hah. I've gotten a dude before that told me they don't resubmit keywords for you. Haven't gotten Sarah yet.

If I get her and she does a terrible job, I'll call executive services and let them know that they have a slacker on their hands ;).

I got her today and I told her that I had heard she sucked at her job and wanted to talk to a different person. She put her supervisor on the phone and I told Him, that I own a set of paid affiliate forums and we have had several complaints about here lying to people and not helping people and he said he would look into it.

Although I doubt he really will :D

I am surprised that you complained to the supervisor, lol. Yes, I remember Sarah and she just makes stupid excuses to evade helping you. The first few times, it worked now I just ask for a different rep.
