When trying to target other countries like the UK, I am looking for some UK offers but I need a UK proxy, does anyone have a list of uk proxies and other countries?

Yeah but they still suck. Using a web proxy such as proxify.com doesn't work great because of framebuster code on a lot of offers and a lot of the time I get a blank page. What I really need is the IP of a proxy that I can use to direct my http traffic thro. There are plenty on the web but they are either super slow or fast to disappear.

Best proxy I've ever used is "u.zip" just search that in Google and you'll see it.
Its a zip file that opens up a new IE browser window, no spyware, its safe to use. (from China I believe)
I used this proxy when trying to watch the Black Donnellys online from Canada, it was the only proxy to work.
Hope that helps.

Why don't you just use tor program, and keep on change ip address until it offers you the country you need. That's how I do it - easy, quick, free.

Well to be frank with you I heard about some web based application which can purchased online. I think you should do some web research in Google may be from there you can get the name of that particular application.
All the Best!!!.....
