Azoogle and Copeac SignUp

Currently I do not have any websites, but already signup a hosting account, just wondering how difficult to signup copeac and Azoogle without having a website. :confused:

I think COPEAC or one of the other networks denied me when I didn't provide a website (I have sites just didn't bother) and I told them I want to do PPC and they approved me. Fill out an application and talk to them and you should be good.

Simply tell them your doing PPC and you don't have a website and you'll be good.
