Use of AT&T Logo

By August 3rd all use of At&t's logos and trademarks must be removed from yoru site and replaced with just a simple Text on the button instead of using their logo at all.

I saw that too and I have to wonder whether or not they are overreacting. Isn't use of the AT&T logo to push ringtones on their network benign and really just fair use of their trademark?

I wonder what they would do if I switched my AT&T button to a Cingular button..

Since cingular is now AT&T you might actually lose conversions. I don't know unless I test it, if someone does test this let me know :D

Actually just found out today that you can't even mention Cingular anymore on your lp's as at&t isn't cingular anymore and cingular doesn't exsist anymore.
