haha, I actually own the ebook and its not quite what it means. At least not what your thinking. It does have some good info, however it changes from doing affiliate marketing to doing affiliate marketing/link selling. Basically the site says to sell banner ads on your landing page and charge people for a spot and then have your offer in the middle of the page. Thats the gist of it.

Doing what he says decreases the effectiveness of the overall message you're trying to send to your visitor though.
Its the same reason why you dont want to put adsense ads on your landing page!

Thats kinda true and kinda not true. I've had niches where putting adsense below the fold did not hurt conversions of the offer I was promoting at all. I had the same average of visitors signing up for the offers and at the same time by putting Adsense or some other kind of Ads below the top fold increase revenue from those. So instead of making for example 100 dollars from teh offer a day, I'm making $100 per day with the offer plus $25 a day with Adsense.

The Above is just an example, and doesn't work with all niches, best way to tell is to let a campaign run for a while gather stats then implement additional ads and see what happens :D
