This Has Not Been My Week!

October 4th, 2008 Derek

Hey guys, I just wanted to post a little update on things happening.  I was gone for about two days so I didn’t post and still haven’t had time to finish up the few more small tweaks on the Click Consultants Theme, however, I have a pretty valid reason…  THIS HAS NOT BEEN MY WEEK!!!

I’m now of course trying to play catch up, which is still causing me to be behind a little bit, however, I did get a new post up today besides this one and am now playing catch up on email, consultations, my affiliate campaigns, the CC forums, etc.  (The CC Forums is next for some much needed changes and upgrades).

Anyways, so I’m sure you’re all wonder what happened…If you not too bad cause I’m gonna tell you anyways! Haha!

If you Follow Me On Twitter or Facebook, then you’ve probably noticed that earlier this week I said I had pinched a nerve in my back.  Now, I’m not one to complain when I am sick and I rarely ever do actually get sick or hurt, however, my back was in tremendous pain!  However, that didn’t stop me from working and I continued on for most of this week using a heating pad on my office chair!

Then Wednesday night I decided to grab a sandwich from Subway, unfortunately I work up Thursday morning with Food Poisoning!  Yep, food poisoning from Subway, I know embarrassing!  Subway is in my opinion one of the worst places to admit that you got food poisoning at! LOL

Anyways, so I was pretty much sick all day Thursday and Friday, I tried to get as much work as i could done, which wasn’t much with both a pinched nerve and food poisoning, so if I’m slacking a little on anyone, please be a little patient with me and recontact me if you emailed me or something and I haven’t gotten back to you yet!

At least both things are now gone and I’m feeling back to normal which is feeling really really great right now!

Hmm, I really didn’t mean this post as a whining post, just was letting everyone know why I fell off the face of the Earth, but seems everyone is taking it as a whining post lol. Oh well, I like pity! I take what I can get! :P

I don’t think getting food poisoning at Subway is unusual at all – happened to me twice, and I only ate there on average maybe once per year.

Amazing! About a month ago I got violently ill after eating at, you guessed it, Subway. I think it was the honey mustard sauce that was dripping out of the soggy bread that did me in.
