		<description>Its definitely worth upgrading, I personally love the new features and option and the new layout.  It takes a little getting use to, but its worth it once you get it down. I'll definitely be doing a bigger writeup on it here in a couple days.</description>

		<description>Well I have about 10 plugins on this blog that I use, and when I updated not one of them had any problems with incompatibility.  So I can't say one way or the other for sure, but it worked fine for me and all my plugins were fine, a few needed updated but like I said the auto update plugins feature made it take about 5 seconds...literally!</description>
