I finally logged into my Paypal account and saw a charge from Yahoo for 1 dollar and it said Pending. As soon as it went though, I was able to use Paypal to add funds to my YSM Account, I guess I was so excited I forgot to edit my blog post and put in that it finally worked for me and that you just had to wait for verification.
